1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bt333 ("we", "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). bt333 is an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.3 Identity Verification

bt333 may request documents for identity verification at any time, particularly during withdrawals or when unusual activity is detected. Failure to provide the requested information on time may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

3 Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

To deposit funds at bt333, you must use a verified payment method. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.).

Deposited funds must come from your own account. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. If this rule is violated, the account may be suspended and the associated balance may not be returned.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. However, this time may increase if verification is required or in unusual circumstances.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. To withdraw any bonus-linked balance, the relevant wagering requirements must be met.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. For the welcome bonus, the 15x wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled. bt333 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, providing false information, or using any other fraudulent method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Game Usage Terms

All games available at bt333 (slots, live casino, fishing, cricket betting, sports, etc.) are for entertainment purposes only. Attempting to control game outcomes, using software or bots for automated betting, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities in any game is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to each betting market, as stated on the game or event page. bt333 may void any bet placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

5.3 Fair Play Policy

6 VIP Program & Rewards

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at bt333:

• Conducting transactions with illegal funds or using the platform for money laundering.
• Opening an account under a false identity or using another person's information.
• Using external software, scripts, or artificial intelligence to influence game outcomes.
• Behaving in a rude or harassing manner toward bt333 staff.
• Using platform content or the brand without authorization.

8 Account Security & Responsibility
